It’s time to get Elementary Wrestling going for the season. Attached is a flyer with information for the Elementary wrestling sign up and first practice.
Teacher Spotlight = Hope Coleman
After graduating from Valley City State University, Mrs. Coleman has taught for many years. From 2014-15 she was a high school special education para, then she taught at Fairview Colony School as an elementary teacher and in 2017 she became the K-12 Librarian and JH Interventionist. She is married to Kyle, and they have 3 children: Aili (7), Emma (6) and Noah (2).
When she is not busy at the school or being a mom, she enjoys reading, photography, cool "old things" and being involved in her community.
Her advice to everyone is to "Read What Makes You Happy"!!
We've never seen your cape or mask (well actually we have - lol), but we see your superpowers every day! Thanks for being a super teacher and librarian!!

Teacher Spotlight - Sara Thielges
Sara started teaching in Wishek, ND in 1998. Her first contract pay was $8000. Sara has taught 4th grade, 7th and 8th grade social studies and language arts. She has taught kindergarten for the majority of her teaching career. Sara moved to LaMoure in 2017 and has been teaching title here at LaMoure School.
Sara is married to Brent and has 3 children. Her oldest daughter is Erica, who is married to Josh Ulmer, they have 2 children: Crosby & Ryan. Sara’s 2nd born, James, is married to Brianna, they have 3 children: Paige, Jada, & Jensen. Sara’s 3rd child is Clark.
Sara attended Jamestown College. The college has since changed names to: University of Jamestown.
Sara’s hobbies/interests include: playing with her grandchildren, hanging out with her family, reading, & flower gardening.
The advice for anyone given by Sara: “Be the Best You- Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing. Be YOU!!”

The UJ shootout scheduled for Saturday Dec 16 has been cancelled.
The JV and Varsity boys will travel to Casselton on Dec 31st.
The JV game will start at 1:30 in the South gym. The varsity boys will play in the North gym after the CC girls game. Around 3:00

4th grade participated in the Hour of Code Challenge and enjoyed learning programming in Computer Science. #HourOfCode
8th Grade Students using Parliamentary Procedure knowledge to make some motion mix. Students made motions and debated them why a item should be added or not. Great Job
